4.0 injection moulding workshop as an incubator for your projects…from idea to transformation.

Our 6,500 m² workshop is equipped with 63 mono, bi and tri-material injection moulding machines from 35 to 700 t, including a grey area for the most demanding productions, an assembly and customisation unit.

Atelier d'injection

Thanks to a wide range of connected machines, we adapt to both small and very large production runs, and process thermoplastic materials such as: ABS, PA, PBT, PC, PE, PET, POM, PP, PEEK, PPS, TPE, etc.

The automation of processes by 3- to 6-axis robots makes it possible to optimise the cost/quality/ delivery time ratio, and also offers innovative solutions for the injection of technical parts, such as the assembly directly in the mould or at the foot of the injection moulding machine, PUR sealing, overmoulding of inserts or the hybrid injection of thermoplastic composites called Organosheet.

In order to diversify our sectors of activity, we have equipped our injection workshop with a 350 m² grey area integrating a complete ISO 8 process, composed of a clean room, a 50 t injection moulding machine and a robotized system under laminar flow, to meet the demanding needs of medical device injection.

Our workshop also includes a manual or semi-automated assembly area and a customisation unit, all on the same location to optimise production flows.

A true 4.0 factory, EMI integrates computer-assisted production management (CAPM) and real-time supervision, making it possible to monitor production from the booking of orders in the ERP system to the delivery of finished products, guaranteeing traceability through the widespread use of bar codes and FIFO.
