Today we're talking about White, Yellow, Green and Black belts!

As you may have guessed, we are talking about Six Sigma training. This method aims to improve the quality of a company's production by perfecting the efficiency of its processes, so that its offer corresponds as closely as possible to the expectations of its customers and therefore increases customer satisfaction.

At EMI, this Six Sigma Green Belt training is followed by a multidisciplinary team representing the design, project, quality and industrial methods departments, and covers improvement themes ranging from repackaging flows to the development of tooling, including the ergonomics of certain workstations.
