Our grey zone is expanding!

Various

To meet the growing needs of our customers in the Medical & Paramedical sector ⚕️ the surface area ↔️ of our grey area has increased from 350 m² to 500 m².

Initially equipped with two 60T presses, including one in bi-injection, and a complete ISO 8 process under laminar flow fitted with a 50T press, the new area incorporates:
🔸 a 200T press equipped with a 6-axis robot with enclosure, the design and assembly of which were carried out in-house, as well as an on-press colourer
🔸 a 350T high-speed press equipped with a laminar flow packaging device
🔸 a manual assembly line
🔸 an office

As a reminder, the aim of the grey zone is to significantly reduce the risk of contamination of injected or assembled products through:
🚧 a physical demarcation of this area from the industrial workshop
🔁 regulation of incoming/outgoing flows thanks to separate personnel and equipment airlocks
⛔ restricted access to authorised personnel trained in cleanliness standards and good manufacturing practice
❌ restricted access for contaminating equipment and materials (wooden pallets, packaging cartons, tools from the industrial workshop, etc.)
🧽 adapted and reinforced cleaning of processes
🛠️ specific design of injection tools in terms of steels and surface treatment to avoid any addition of grease or impurities
🛡️ feed via a dedicated remote material centre to avoid contamination by other materials
